Tracey Watkins - Director
As the director of A&E Educational Consultants, I strive to alleviate the administrative demands placed on Educators to facilitate the passion for teaching to become evident in the classroom again. I have been in Education for 23 years and gained a wealth of experience from the positions I have held. I have taught various grades from Grade 00000-Grade 7 and been the Principal of a Preschool and Preparatory school. Holding this position at the start of the COVID-19 Pandemic, made me more aware of the ever-increasing demands being placed on heads of schools and teachers on an administrative level and the amount of time this has detracted from effective teaching. A&E Educational Consultants came to be through this realisation, and I have a loyal and realistic perspective of how I can assist the sector. My vision includes the benefit to schools of not having to employ full time staff when assistance is required but at affordable rates. A&E Educational & Business Administrative Consultants will assist and ensure your needs are met within the ethos and philosophy of your school or business environment.
